Training of scientific and pedagogical staff and the science sector

       The Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel Training and Science Sector of the Tashkent Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education is a structure that trains highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, coordinates ongoing research and cooperation in this field. The institute currently has 388 faculty members, 284 of whom are full-time staff members, 173 PhDs, 100 PhDs, and 65 young scientists.

       The activity of the system of postgraduate education at the Institute It was organized in accordance with the Resolution No. 304 "On measures to further improve the system of postgraduate education." Basic doctoral students, doctoral students and independent researchers conduct their research work at the institute. The institute, as well as the departments have all the necessary conditions for research, provided with the necessary equipment, materials, information and communication tools, computer equipment, office equipment and more. In 2017, a total of 7 researchers defended their doctoral dissertations. Of these, 4 received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine and 3 received the degree of Doctor of Medicine.

     The Institute's Radiology Experimental Laboratory, Educational Research Laboratory and Bacteriological Laboratory are fully equipped with the necessary equipment for research.

       Provides practical assistance in organizing scientific conferences, seminars and master classes, which ensures the active participation of researchers.

      One of the activities of the sector is the general management of scientific, practical, fundamental and innovative projects implemented at the Institute, the preparation of contracts and reporting.
