On October 22-23, 2025, the 4th National Congress with the international participation of "National Healthcare" began in Moscow, Russia. The organizers of the event are the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the organizing partner of the event is the "Central Research Institute for the Organization and Informatization of Healthcare" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Congress is a key event for the professional community of healthcare managers, leading medical care providers. Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management of the Center for the Development of Professional Qualification of Medical Workers D.A. Asadov participates in the business program of the Congress. An agreement was signed between the Center for the Development of Professional Qualification of Medical Workers of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and the Central Research Institute for Organization and Informatization of Healthcare of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The Congress will discuss the implementation of national and federal healthcare projects - their results and best regional practices, as well as the implementation of modernization processes in the organization of medical care and financial stability issues.
