Ibragimov Aziz Yuldashevich Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Internal Diseases of the Center for the Development of Professional Qualification of Medical Workers.
Ibragimov Aziz Yuldashevich was born on September 8, 1957 in Tashkent. In 1980 he graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute, in 1986-clinical residency at the Scientific Center of Cardiology of the USSR Academy of Sciences (г. Moscow), in 1989 - targeted postgraduate study at the same НScientific Center of Cardiology of the Academy of Sciences. In 2016, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Reforms in the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
In 1989-1994, he worked as the head of the cardiology department of the Clinical Hospital No. 15 in Tashkent.
In91934-2003, he worked as the chief physician of Clinical Hospital No. 15.
In 2003-2019, he continued to work as the chief physician of the Republican Clinical Hospital No. 1.
In 2019-2023, he worked as the chief physician of the Ibn Sina City Clinical Hospital No. 1. During - the COVID - 19 pandemic, the hospital under the leadership of A. Ibragimov functioned as a specialized hospital for the treatment of patients with chronic а viral infection.

Since 2018, he has been the Head of the Department of Internalх DiseasesNo.2 of the Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers.
In 2023, the departments of Internal Diseases No. 1 and Internal Diseases No. 2 merged and the Department of Internal Diseases was headed by A. Ibragimov.
During this period CDPQMW, modern technologies were introduced into the educational process of the CPKMR, and work on creatingю new integrated programs was significantly intensified, including, in the activities of the Department of Internal Diseases. Ibragimov A. Y. supervises the work of candidates and doctors of sciences, including in 2023 under his leadership one doctor of Sciences and 2 candidates of sciences defended their doctoral dissertations. Author of 3 monographs, more than 10 educational guidelines and more than 60 articles published in domestic and foreign medical publications.
HISTORY OF THE DEPARTMENT
The department was founded in 1985 and was originally called Terapiya-Sh. The department was headed by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Nazhim Kayumovich Bobokhudzhaev.
During his career, N. K. Babakhodjaev organized the course "Adolescentpathology". The department actively worked on extragenital pathology, 4 candidate's theses were defended.
Since 2011, the department has been called "Internalх Medicineей и фармакотерапandPharmacotherapy". The department was headed by Doctorof Medical Sciences, professor Sh. N. Nosirov. In this regard, more attention was paid to the issues of pharmacotherapy in educational programs.
In 2017-2018, the Departmentа of Internalх Medicineей и фармакотерапandи» Pharmacotherapy was merged with the Department of Internal Medicine and Telemedicine, which was headedby Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor U. K. Kayumov.
In May 2018, the department was divided into two departments: "Internal Diseases No. 1 "and" Internal Diseases No. 2", Doctorof Medical Sciences Ibragimov A. Yu .was нappointed head of the Department " Internalх болезней Diseases No. 2" .
In September 2023, the departments of "Internal Diseases No. 1" and "Internal Diseases No. 2" were again merged and the Department of "ВInternal Diseases"was created, Dr.Ibragimov A. Yu.was appointed head of the department.

Kayumov Ulugbek Karimovich, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, responsible for scientific work at the Department.
After graduating from the Tashkent State Medical Institute, he studied as a clinical resident in the specialty endocrinologists. Then he worked as a junior researcher at the Research Institute of Cardiology and in 1984 defended his PhD thesis. In 1991, he defended his doctoral dissertation, and in 1994 he was awarded the title of "professor". In 1996-1999, he headed the Main Department of Science and New Technologies of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since 1985, he worked at the Tashkent Institute of Advanced Medical Training
(TIPME), as a senior laboratory assistant CRL at the Central Research Institute of Medicine, assistant, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Internal Diseases and Telemedicine, then until 2023 he worked as head of the Department of Internal Diseases No. 1.
It has trained 28 doctors of Sciences and Candidates of Sciences (including, PhD and DSc). He created a scientific school of Metabolic syndrome in Uzbekistan. He is the author and co-author of more than 500 scientific articles, monographs, clinical guidelines and protocols, training programs, manuals, patents and utility models. The main area of scientific research is "Metabolic syndrome". He is an initiator of telemedicine development in TIPME.
He participated in several international congresses, conferences, and symposiums: Azerbaijan, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, India, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, and Japan. He is a member of several domestic and foreign medical societies and associations. Professor U.K. Kayumov is the chief scientific director of the Russian journal "Journal of Experimental, Clinical and Preventive Medicine" and a member of the editorial boards and editorial boards of several scientific medical journals in Uzbekistan.
Professor Kayumov is a deputy of the Expert Council on Therapy of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Chairman of the Ethics Committee under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a member of the Scientific Council of the CDPQMW and the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Therapeutics, Chairman of the Problem Commission of the Faculty of Therapeutics and Deputy Chairman of the Coordinating Expert Council of the CDPQMW.

She was born in 1947. In 1973-1974, he completedan internship at the Emergency Medical Care Center. In 1974, he startedа working as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Internal Diseases of the CentralейAsian Pediatric Medical Institute.
In 1978-1985, he workedas an assistant at the Department of Internal Diseases of the Central Asian Pediatric Medical Institute. From 1985 to 2001, she workedas an assistant of the Department of Internal Diseases and Pharmacotherapy at the Institute of Internal Medicine, and from 2001 to 2017, she worked as an associate professor of this Department.
Currently, she is an Associate Professor of the Department of Internal Diseases of the CDPQMW.
Maksumova Magdia Gafurovna-Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Medical Sciences
Maksumova Magdia Gafurovna, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, was born in 1948. In 1972, she graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute, and until 1974, he completed an internship at the 10th City Clinical Hospital of Tashkent in the specialty "Therapy".
From 1974 to 1993, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Cardiology and Functional Diagnostics of TIPME, and from 1993 to 2008 — Associate Professor at the Department of Cardiology and Functional Diagnostics of TIPME.
From 2008 to 2017, she worked as an associate Professor of the Department of Functional Diagnostics at the Institute of Internal Medicine, and until 2021-as an associate Professor of the Department of Internal Diseases No.2. Currently, she works as an Associate Professor of the Department of Internal Diseases of the CDPQMW.
Khatamova Diloram Tokhtamurodovna-Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Medical Sciences

In 1978 she graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute, in 1978-1980 she worked as a doctor the Medical and Sanitary Department of the Tashkent Institute of Transport Engineers, and then as a cardiologist at the Central Polyclinic No. 1 in Tashkent.
She worked as a researcher at the Research Institute of Cardiology, a researcher at the Research Institute of Sanitary Hygiene and Occupational Diseases, an assistant of the Departmentsы of Internal Medicine of the Tashkent State Medical Institute.
From 1994 to the present, she has been working at the Department of Internal Diseases of the CDPQMW.

In 1982, he graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute, and in 1982-1984, he completed a clinical residency at the Department of Propaedeutic of Internal Diseases of the 1st TASHMI.
He started his career as a doctor in the Hemodialysis laboratory of the Republican Nephrology Center at the 1st Clinicе of the State Medical University of Perm. From 1989 to 1991, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Propaedeutic and Internal Diseases of the State Medical Academy of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, and until 1994 — as a post-graduate student of this Department. In7 1997, he defended his PhD thesis.
From 1997 to 2019, he served under contract in various medical positions in military unit 51411, Colonel of the reserve medical service.
