DAMIR ARIFOVICH ZAREDINOV

(doctor of medical sciences, professor)

He graduated from the sanitary-hygienic faculty of the Tashkent State Medical Institute (1974). Area of ​​constant research D.A. Zaredinova - various aspects of radiation safety and hygiene. The results of this work formed the basis of first candidate and then doctoral dissertations. He activated the scientific and pedagogical activities of the department in terms of optimizing the educational process. Constant self-improvement in radiation science and practice, as well as multiple internships in nuclear centers and medical institutions in the USA, Japan, Russia, Germany, Great Britain, India, Iran, Ukraine and a number of countries allowed D.A. Zaredinov to become a prominent specialist in this field.

He was appointed (and today he is) the Chief Radiologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On his initiative and with direct participation, 34 international schools on radiation safety were held; he is the scientific director of two special topics, and the coordinator of five international programs on the problems of radiation and nuclear safety of the republic. Author of more than 320 scientific papers, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Radiation Safety”, 25 SanPiN, 34 methodological recommendations, 5 prospectuses of VDNKh, 2 inventions, 10 rationalization proposals, 3 books and 12 manuals on radiation safety and hygiene for cadets and students of medical universities). Under his leadership, 4 candidate dissertations were defended and 4 doctoral dissertations are being prepared.

Over the course of many years of history, the department has developed a highly qualified team of practitioners, teachers and researchers.

 

KHUDAIBERGANOV ANATOLY SAGATBAEVICH

(doctor of medical sciences, professor)

Professor of the department since 2005. National coordinator for nutrition of the WHO/UN Regional Office for Europe (Copenhagen), winner of the Sochran award (USA, 2002), chief specialist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in nutritional hygiene (1993-2021), in dietetics (2010-2019) . Retired Police Lieutenant Colonel. Member of the working group on sanitary and phytosanitary measures for the accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the WTO, the working group on the Food Security Program under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the National Committee Codex Alimentarius. Author of more than 200 scientific papers, 3 textbooks, 3 manuals and more than 12 national sanitary norms, rules and hygiene standards. Under his leadership, 5 candidate and 1 doctoral dissertations were defended.

 

SALOMOVA FERUZA IBODULLAYEVNA

(doctor of medical sciences, professor)

 

He is the author of more than 200 scientific papers, 6 monographs and 8 textbooks. She took 2nd place in the republican stage of the competition "The Best Doctor of the Year" in the nomination "Best Associate Professor" (2019), participated in the II Republican competition "100 best innovative projects of women of Uzbekistan" and became the winner of the Tashkent city stage (2019), took 2- th place at the Korean International Women's Exhibition "Korea International Women's Invention Exposition 2021" (KIWIE-2021, awarded the commemorative medal "30 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2021), won first place in the republican competition "The Best Teacher of the Year 2021". Under The leadership of FI Salomova prepared 2 doctors of medical sciences.

 

BAKIEV SAYDAMIN ALIMOVICH

doctor of technical sciences, professor

 

Graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Moscow State University in 1966. In 1973 he defended his Ph.D. thesis and in 1993 - his doctoral dissertation at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of Moscow State University (Moscow, RF). The works are devoted to the development of neutron activation methods for elemental analysis of various objects and nuclear-physical methods for monitoring technological processes. More than 100 scientific papers have been published. Under his leadership, 2 Ph.D. theses were defended. Author of three books on merphology. Awarded with the badge of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Samarali faoliyati uchun". His activities are presented in a number of foreign biographical encyclopedias.

 

TASHPULATOVA GUZAL ALIEVNA

(Doctor of Medical Sciences, Senior Researcher, Associate Professor)

Associate Professor of the Hygiene Department of the Center for Advanced Training of Medical Workers, Scientific Secretary of the Research Institute of Sanitation, Hygiene and Occupational Diseases (NII SGPE MH RUz), Head of the Laboratory of Physical Factors. 1986-1995 ophthalmologist at the SGKK ITI clinic; 1986-2017 worked as a junior and senior researcher in the laboratories of toxicology of pesticides and mineral fertilizers, industrial toxicology and physical factors. In 2001, she successfully defended her Ph.D., and in 2017, a doctoral dissertation. Author of about 150 foreign and domestic scientific publications, including: the author of 6 patents for inventions issued by the Agency for Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan; more than 20 sanitary rules and norms, methodological and teaching aids, recommendations, instructions and information letters) and co-author of a number of scientific, applied and innovative projects. Supervisor of 1 doctoral (PhD) dissertation. Scientific Secretary of the Academic Council of the SGKK ITI. Since 2011, he has been the secretary of the Committee for the development of normative documents in the field of technical regulation of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service under the Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Member of the working group for the development of the project PKM RUz. "General technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility of technical means"; member of the working group on the development of the draft Law on Combating Noise Pollution.

 

ISRAILOVA GULIDA MARATOVNA

(candidate of medical sciences, associate professor)

 

 

Since 2004, senior lecturer in the Department of Hygiene. In 1992 he graduated from the 2nd State Medical Institute, Faculty of Sanitation and Hygiene. From 1992 to 2004 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Food Hygiene of the 2nd State Medical Institute. In 2004 she defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic “Hygienic substantiation of alimentary prevention of coronary heart disease in Uzbekistan and correction of nutrition of patients”.

Conducts research on a doctoral dissertation on the topic "Hygienic substantiation of safety criteria to reduce risk factors at meat processing enterprises in Uzbekistan."

Author of 68 scientific articles, including: 38 articles and abstracts; 1 - monograph; 8 - guidelines, 2 - guidelines, 8 - SanKvaM, 1 - rationalization proposal. Member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, winner in the nomination "Best Associate Professor".

 

LEE MARINA VLADIMIROVNA

(PhD, Senior Lecturer, Head of Research Laboratory)

He has been working at the department since 2017, he is the author of more than 60 scientific papers, 7 methodological recommendations and 8 teaching aids. In 2020, she defended her thesis for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on the topic: "Hygienic provision of radiation safety of drinking water." Since 2021, he has been conducting research for the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc) on the topic “Ways to improve the radiation protection system in modern medical radiology of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

The winner in the nomination "Professional disclosure of the topic of the report" at the II International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Role of Women Scientists in the Development of Science, Innovation and Technology", held by the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan (2021). The winner of the "Best Report" at the X-th International Conference "Medical Physics - Current State, Problems and Ways of Development", held by Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2021).

He is an expert consultant of the IAEA, WHO, OSCE, as well as the regional co-chair of the EU CBRN Center for Water Security. She improved her qualifications abroad (Germany, Russian Federation, Belarus, Slovakia). She studied at the KOICA training “Capacity building in health policy and management to build an integrated infectious disease control system” (2021). She completed training courses and has English language certificates: “English for Science” (2021, Ministry of Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan), “Medical English” (2020, online, RF), “English Language” (2019, International Training Center “GRB”, Tashkent).

 

ALIMUKHAMEDOVA ZULKHUMOR TOKHIROVNA

(PhD, assistant)

 

In 1989, she graduated with honors from the Tashkent State Medical College and began working as a senior laboratory assistant in the immunology laboratory of the Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases of the Ministry of Health. In the course of her work, she diligently studied the methods of biochemical analysis. In 1998, she successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis on an independent study of the effect of drugs used in medical practice on the function of the gastrointestinal tract in certain pathological conditions.

She began her career in 1999 as a laboratory doctor at the City Department of the Sanitary and Hygienic Laboratory of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, constantly improving her qualifications, scientific and theoretical level. From 2006 to the present, he has been working as the head of the department of the sanitary and hygienic laboratory of the Central sanitary and epidemiological station of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari. Since 2014 she has been working as an assistant in the Department of Hygiene. He is the author of more than 18 scientific articles.

 

SHAMSUTDINOVA MAVLYUDA AMANULLAEVNA

(assistant, head of the National Reference Laboratory of the Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, head of the sanitary and hygienic laboratory)

In 1994 she graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute, Faculty of Sanitation and Hygiene, majoring in sanitation, hygiene and epidemiology. Since 2015, he has been working as a trainee teacher at the Department of Hygiene, and later as an assistant. He is the chief specialist of the sanitary-hygienic laboratory of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Throughout the service, the laboratory contributed to the introduction of many modern methods of analysis. Participates in the development of all sanitary and hygienic standards and technical regulations relating to the sanitary and epidemiological service. Participates in training, retraining and primary specialization in the center for professional development of medical workers. In addition, he actively participates in the internship of specialists of laboratories of the territorial departments of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of laboratory complexes. During her work in the sanitary laboratory, she performed more than 946 analyzes of food, soil and water, consumer goods, detergents, atmosphere and working air. In order to develop the sanitary and epidemiological service in our country, in the tradition of a master-student, she adequately fulfills her tasks in training young specialists.

 

ESHMURADOV OTABEK UMAROVICH

(trainee teacher, radiation safety specialist)

Since 2014, she has been working as a trainee teacher at the Department of Hygiene. Received professional training under the auspices of the IAEA at the US Department of Energy and the Argonne National Laboratory in the USA. He also studied at various institutes in Austria, Belarus, Japan, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and India. He worked in various positions in the radiation safety departments of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2020, he was responsible for the development of the second national report of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the implementation of obligations arising from the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management. In 2021, he was responsible for the development of the Framework Program for the Republic of Uzbekistan (2022-2027), signed on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Country Program Framework (CPF). Participated as a consultant on environmental and social health issues in a short-term service project of the Swiss Institute of Tropical and Public Health and its local partner consulting company ISIDA on behalf of the KfW Development Bank and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to conduct a feasibility study for the further development of the healthcare system in the Aral Sea region seas. The department regularly conducts classes on radiation safety. Author of 4 articles and 2 theses in this direction.

 

KARIMOV OYBEK ZAFAROVYCH

(trainee teacher, radiation safety specialist)

 

Since 2014, she has been working as a trainee teacher at the Department of Hygiene. Held various positions in the radiation safety departments of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Currently, he is a sanitary doctor, radio toxicologist, laboratory of toxicology of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of the Main Medical Department under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He studies the hygienic aspects of public health during the work of industrial enterprises. In this direction, he is the author of 4 articles and 6 theses.

 

KODIROV DILMUROD ALIMKHONOVICH

(assistant, head of the research radiological laboratory)

 

2013-2018 - Tashkent Medical Academy in the direction of "medical prevention". 2019-2021 - Master of the direction "Radiation Hygiene" of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Master's work "Assessment of the impact of computed tomography radiation" in relation to category A. "(On the example of the city of Tashkent). 2 articles about the work of the master have been published. From 2018 to the present, he has been working in the research radiological laboratory of the Center for the Professional Development of Medical Workers as the head of the laboratory 2021 - Assistant at the Department of Hygiene, Center for the Professional Development of Medical Workers.
