In 1988 she graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute with a bachelor's degree, and from 1991 to 1993 - in 1991-1993. 2010–2018 — Clinical Intern of the Department of Ophthalmology of the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors. 

In 1998, she defended his Ph.D. thesis on the specialty "Eye Diseases" 14.00.08 in the Specialized Council D.087.01.02 of the Tashkent State First Medical Institute. 
2021 Scientific Council DSc.04/30.01.2020.Tib.105.01 defended the dissertation of  Doctor of Medical Sciences (DSc) in the specialty "Improving the early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diabetic retinopathy" in the specialty 14.00.08 – "Eye diseases". 
From 2001 to the present, she has been working as an Associate Professor of the Department of Ophthalmology at the Center for the Development of Professional Training of Medical Workers.

In 1991, she graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute.

In 2000, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences on the topic "Application of RLAТ methods in the complex treatment of eye diseases" under the supervision of Professor Kh.M. Komilov. In 2023, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences on the topic "Epidemiology, risk factors, and prevention of eye diseases in elderly people in Uzbekistan".

Successfully completed a 36-credit course entitled “International practices in public health and healthcare management”. This course was taken as part of the 306-credit Initial Specialization Program in the specialty "1.26.01 - Public Health and Healthcare Management".

In 2021, completed her doctoral dissertation ahead of schedule on “The complex approach to diagnostics, treatment, prevention and prediction of complications of alkali burns of the eyes”, and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences (DSc). On November 6, 2025, she was awarded the “Excellence in Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan” badge (No. 2652).

In 2017, she defended her dissertation on the topic "Clinical and diagnostic features of inflammatory diseases of the optic nerve and the justification of complex treatment" and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Sciences, and in 2021, she defended her dissertation on the topic "Clinical and diagnostic bases of changes in the organ of vision in Devic's optic myelitis and multiple sclerosis and their treatment".
