The Center for Professional Development of Medical Workers organized educational and practical seminars at the Zomin Training and Simulation Center for Respiratory Diseases, aimed at enhancing the professional activities of specialists in phthisiology, pulmonology, family medicine, as well as medical nurses with higher education.

These events were conducted under the leadership of G. S. Khalimbetov, Head of the Department of Family Medicine with the course of Occupational Diseases and Pathology. Special attention was paid to issues of early disease detection among the population assigned to medical teams and to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

In addition, the participants discussed issues related to the regular improvement of professional qualifications of medical personnel in primary health care institutions and the wide implementation of simulation-based educational technologies into practical activities.

During the training process, the participants were provided with comprehensive information on:

- modern organizational models of medical team services;

- the role of the family doctor in working with the population;

- mechanisms of prevention, early detection, and follow-up monitoring within the family medicine system.

Theoretical sessions were effectively integrated with practical training and analyzed using real clinical cases. Furthermore, within the framework of the event, specialists conducted master classes during which the following practical skills were demonstrated:

- planning of medical team activities;

- management of electronic medical documentation;

- working with the D-MED system;

- organization of home visits;

- establishing effective communication with patients and their family members.

Family doctors who participated in the sessions enhanced their professional knowledge and skills and acquired clear recommendations and practical competencies for application in their daily practice.

These educational and practical activities contribute to improving the quality of services within the primary health care system, ensuring the systematic development of family doctor services, and further increasing the effectiveness of medical care provided to the population.
