On May 14 of the current year, a spiritual-educational, artistic, and musical event under the slogan “Yesterday and Today: The Development of New Uzbekistan” was organized at a high level at the “SHIFOKOR” MTYO of the Center for Professional Development of Medical Workers in cooperation with the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment and the Faculty of Medical Prevention.

The main purpose of the event was to strengthen the spiritual awareness of young people, promote patriotism and national values, and familiarize participants with the large-scale reforms being implemented in the New Uzbekistan.

The event was opened with an introductory speech by Professor Gulnoza Tulkinovna Iskandarova, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Prevention. In her speech, she emphasized the great attention being paid in our country to human dignity, spirituality, enlightenment, and the consistent reforms being carried out in the healthcare system.

Afterwards, Dilmurod Alimkhon ugli Qodirov, Chief Specialist of the Center’s Internal Anti-Corruption Control Department, delivered an informative and engaging presentation lecture on the topic “Combating Corruption in the Healthcare System Based on International Experience.” The lecture covered issues such as corruption prevention, ensuring openness and transparency in the system, the experience of developed countries, and the formation of an anti-corruption culture in the healthcare sector. Participants also received detailed answers to their questions.

The artistic part of the event continued in a festive atmosphere. At the end of the event, renowned singer and head of the Chilanzar Culture Center, Shavkat Ashurov, performed several musical pieces that lifted the audience’s spirits and added a special atmosphere to the event.

This event served to strengthen the sense of involvement of course participants, trainees, and clinical residents in the reforms being implemented in our country, enrich their spiritual and educational knowledge, and promote a healthy spiritual environment within the community.
