Born in 1971 in Fergana into a family of employees. In 1994 she graduated from Tashkent State Medical Institute-1, medical science. From 1995 to 1997 she worked as a practical obstetrician-gynecologist at the maternity hospital No. 9. In 1997, she entered full-time graduate school at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology-2 of Tashkent Institute of Ultrasound, and in 2000 she defended her thesis on the topic “Prevention of complications and step-by-step rehabilitation of women who had an abortion using the method of manual vacuum aspiration.” In 2001, she began her doctoral dissertation at the Research Institute of AiG named after. D.O. Otta, RAMS (St. Petersburg). In 2005, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Prostaglandins in preinduction, induction and regulation of labor anomalies (clinical experimental study).”
Has 363 scientific articles, 39 methodological recommendations, 3 monographs. 4 rationalization proposals were prepared and published. Under her leadership, 1 candidate's dissertation, 2 PhD and 1 doctoral dissertation were completed and defended, and 6 candidate and 1 doctoral dissertation works are also being prepared. He is a member of the approbation council at the specialized council of the TMA, a member of the Academic Council of the Central Research and Development Center for Medical Research, a member of the certification commission of A&G, an international trainer for “Safe Motherhood”, an adviser to the international organizations UNFPA and USAID.

Niyazmetov Rakhmatulla Ermatovich

Born in 1959 in the Khazarasp district of the Khorezm region, Uzbek. In 1983 he graduated from the medical faculty of Tashkent State Medical Institute-I. From 1983-1987 he worked in his specialty in maternity complexes of the Khorezm region and the city. In 1988-1990, clinical residency at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology -2 CFDQMW. Since 1990 he worked as an assistant at this department. In 1995-1998 worked as deputy chief physician and chief physician of the 9th maternity complex in Tashkent. From 1999 to the present day, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology - 2. In 1994 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: “Endogenous intoxication syndrome in pregnant women with OPG-gestosis and ways of their correction” and in 2006 he defended his doctoral dissertation “Clinical immunological and morphological features of acute fatty hepatosis in pregnant women, modern methods of early diagnosis and treatment.”
He published 3 monographs, 8 methodological manuals and more than 165 articles. Under his leadership, 1 candidate's dissertation was completed and defended and 4 candidate's dissertations are being prepared. He is a member of the Academic Council of the Central Research and Development Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
