YEVDOKIMOVA YELENA PETROVNA
He was born in 1972 in the city of Tashkent in the family of a servant. In 1989, he graduated from secondary school No. 72 named after Kachuriner. In 1997-2001, he studied at the Tashkent State Institute of Culture named after A. Qadiri, majoring in librarian-bibliography. Upon graduation from the institute, he was sent to the Republican Scientific and Medical Library under the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan.
In 2001-2003, he worked as a leading librarian. In April 2003, Tosh was accepted as a librarian of the 1st category at the Ministry of Education and Culture. Since July 2003, he has been the director of the Information Resource Center (ARM) of ToshVMOI.
