He was born in 1980 in Khorezm region in an intellectual family. In 2003, he graduated from the Urganch branch of the Tashkent State Medical Institute. In 2009, he successfully defended his candidate's thesis. Currently, he is working as a deputy for surgery of the chief doctor of the center's multidisciplinary clinic. In 2021, he was awarded the medal "For his contribution to the development of medical tourism in Uzbekistan".
