On April 16, 2026, the faculty members of the Department of Ophthalmology of the “Surgery” Faculty at the Center for Professional Development of Medical Workers paid a field visit to the Republic of Karakalpakstan as part of a mobile training cycle. During this scientific and practical trip, together with course participants, they became closely acquainted with the rich cultural heritage and historical sites of the region.
One of the most memorable moments of the trip was a visit to the world-renowned Savitsky State Museum of Arts. This museum is widely recognized not only in Uzbekistan but also globally for its unique collection, outstanding artworks, and historical significance. The professors and trainees explored the museum halls with great interest, getting acquainted with artworks from different periods, rare exhibits, and historical monuments.
The unique artistic works, harmony of colors, and the profound meaning embodied in each piece left a strong impression on everyone. During the visit, participants not only enjoyed aesthetic pleasure but also experienced history through art.
This field training cycle played an important role not only in strengthening professional knowledge but also in fostering team spirit, broadening cultural horizons, and creating unforgettable impressions for young specialists.
